  2. Review forms & start case: Once your new hire's onboarding is complete, you'll review their documents, including their work eligibility step. Now you're ready to run an E-Verify case.
  3. Check E-Verify status: Our partners at First Advantage will confirm with E-Verify that your new hire's info matches their government records. You'll see their status in your HigherMe onboarding dashboard. If they're approved, you can go ahead and finalize their onboarding then and there! If not, review the case report to determine next steps with your employee.
