Annual All Hands
In January 2023, we took (almost) our entire distributed team to Cancun, Mexico 🇲🇽 for a 5 day off-site gathering! The company values the importance of bringing remote workers together for such events. Building a sense of camaraderie among team members, despite physical distances, can contribute significantly to a positive work culture.
These gatherings not only promote collaboration but also allow us (team members) to connect on a personal level, fostering a sense of community and understanding. Such initiatives can contribute to increased motivation, creativity, and overall job satisfaction among remote workers.
