Full-time Part-time 14.00 - 18.00 / hour Marlborough, MA

Apex Entertainment is looking for dedicated, enthusiastic individuals to join our team!


We're currently looking for an Administrative Support to join our team and help us provide exceptional service to our guests. In this role, you will plan, direct, and coordinate administration duties/activities of Apex Entertainment. This will require you to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, and communication.


  • Performs clerical, administrative and office duties of a responsible and confidential nature
  • Arranges and coordinates travel reservations
  • Calendar management and appointments
  • Meeting preparation: PowerPoint presentations, Excel reporting, etc.
  • Process expense reports
  • Answers and screens telephone calls in a professional and timely manner; take accurate messages
  • Takes meeting minutes
  • Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing
  • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned by manager
  • 30+ hours a week

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required or GED equivalent.
  • Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
  • 1-2 years experience working in the food & beverage and / or hospitality industry.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • 1-2 years experience typing and other Microsoft Office Products.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral format.
  • Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule when needed (Nights/Weekends/Holidays).
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Must have a driver’s license or reliable transportation.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to change.

  • 1-2 years experience working in the food & beverage and / or hospitality industry.
  • Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with all MS Office Applications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral format.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, etc.
  • Must have a driver’s license or reliable transportation.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays when needed.
  • Experience working with amusements rides a plus.
  • MUST be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Weekend Availability is a MUST.
