Eliminate Unqualified Candidates with Knockout Questions

Often when hiring, there are certain aspects of the job that are mandatory and would be considered a dealbreaker. With Knockout Questions, HigherMe will automatically reject a candidate if they don’t meet the criteria you’re looking for.

Any candidate who is disqualified after answering a knockout question will receive a FitScore of zero and will be notified that they did not get the job 24 hours after they applied. This will allow you to focus only on the most qualified candidates and hire the right people faster.

Some examples of knockout questions include:

For delivery drivers: Do you have a valid driver's license?

For handling alcohol: Are you 21 years of age or older?

For opening shifts: Are you available to get to work at 5:45am?

Here’s how it works:

1. Add a new question to your job template and choose the single choice question type.

2. Add in the desired answer and mark it as a Good Answer.

3. Add in the knockout answer and mark it as Auto Reject.
